These trees are fully guaranteed on a pro rated basis, depending on your area. Shore areas do have higher wind loads and are in need of winterization during winter months. Branches need to be removed and stored during winter months.During Nor-Eastern storms with winds exceeding more than 55 MPH, These branches need to be removed and stored or all warranties will be voided.RENTAL TREES ARE AVAILABLE
